Definition: This block contains a wide variety of disorders that differ in severity and clinical form but that are all attributable to the use of one or more psychoactive substances, which may or may not have been medically prescribed. The third character of the code identifies the substance involved, and the fourth character specifies the clinical state. The codes should be used, as required, for each substance specified, but it should be noted that not all fourth character codes are applicable to all substances. Identification of the psychoactive substance should be based on as many sources of information as possible. Definition: The common themes that are shared by dissociative or conversion disorders are a partial or complete loss of the normal integration between memories of the past, awareness of identity and immediate sensations, and control of bodily movements. All types of dissociative disorders tend to remit after a few weeks or months, particularly if their onset is associated with a traumatic life event. More chronic disorders, particularly paralyses and anaesthesias, may develop if the onset is associated with insoluble problems or interpersonal difficulties. These disorders have previously been classified as various types of conversion hysteria . They are presumed to be psychogenic in origin, being associated closely in time with traumatic events, insoluble and intolerable problems, or disturbed relationships. The symptoms often represent the patient's concept of how a physical illness would be manifest. Medical examination and investigation do not reveal the presence of any known physical or neurological disorder. In addition, there is evidence that the loss of function is an expression of emotional conflicts or needs. The symptoms may develop in close relationship to psychological stress, and often appear suddenly. Only disorders of physical functions normally under voluntary control and loss of sensations are included here. Disorders involving pain and other complex physical sensations mediated by the autonomic nervous system are classified under somatization disorder (F45.0). The way we're structured right now, we have a centre of expertise for environmental assessments for major projects, which are natural resource major projects, infrastructure projects, or projects that have significant economic development impacts, aboriginal issues, federal-provincial considerations, and those types of aspects.
Selon la façon dont nous sommes structurés actuellement, il y a au ministère un centre d'expertise pour les évaluations environnementales concernant les grands projets, c'est-à-dire les grands projets de mise en valeur des ressources naturelles, les projets d'infrastructure ou encore les projets qui ont des impacts considérables pour le développement économique, les questions autochtones, les considérations fédérales-provinciales et tous les autres éléments de ce genre.

2. The controls referred to in paragraph 1 shall be conducted by examining the documents or conducting on-the-spot checks of a sample of projects selected by the Joint Managing Authority based on a random statistical sampling method taking account of internationally recognized audit standards, in particular having regard to risk factors related to the projects’ value, type of operations, type of beneficiary or other relevant elements.

Les contrôles visés au paragraphe 1 sont réalisés sur pièces et sur place pour un échantillon de projets sélectionné par l’autorité de gestion commune selon une méthode d’échantillonnage statistique aléatoire fondée sur les normes d’audit internationalement reconnues, notamment compte tenu de facteurs de risques liés au montant des projets, au type d’opération, au type de bénéficiaire ou autres éléments pertinents.

Five series of information product have been identified: news and decisions on regional policy, the development of projects carried out by country, the development of projects carried out by theme, the development of projects by type of territory and miscellaneous information products such as maps, catalogues, etc.
Cinq séries de produit d'information ont été identifiés : les actualités et les décisions en termes de politique régionale ; la valorisation des projets réalisés par pays ; la valorisation des projets réalisés par thème ; la valorisation des projets par type de territoire, et enfin les produits d'information divers tels que cartes, catalogues, etc.
