4. Where the total amount of support from the Funds to an operational programme exceeds EUR 250 000 000 or from the EMFF exceeds EUR 100 000 000 and there are significant changes in the functions and procedures of the managing authority or, where appropriate, of the certifying authority compared to those in place for the previous programming period, the Member State may, at its own initiative, submit to the Commission, within two months of the notification of the designations referred to in paragraph 1, the documents referred to in paragraph 3.
4. Lorsque le montant total du soutien accordé par les Fonds à un programme opérationnel dépasse 250 000 000 EUR ou lorsque celui apporté par le FEAMP dépasse 100 000 000 EUR, et que des changements importants sont apportés aux fonctions et aux procédures de l'autorité de gestion ou, le cas échéant, de l'autorité de certification par rapport à celles prévues pour la période de programmation précédente, l'État membre peut, de sa propre initiative, soumettre à la Commission, dans un délai de deux mois à compter de la notification des désignations visées au paragraphe 1, les documents mentionnés au paragraphe 3.
