It will try hard to cover it and to pretend the program will somewhat be managed by the private sector, by some people who will be designated by the Liberals, friends of the people in power, but the federal government will still need a network to assess student requests, to receive the forms, to develop them and to change them in order to justify their jobs.
On aura beau la couvrir et faire croire que c'est géré un peu par l'entreprise privée, par des gens qui seront nommés par ces gens-là, des amis, des chums du pouvoir, mais il leur faudra tout de même un réseau pour évaluer les demandes des gens, pour recevoir les formulaires, les fabriquer et les modifier pour justifier leur emploi.
