As we move forward and try to get the kind of support you have alluded to in your comments today, do you see a new model emerging of how the private sector investments in research work with federal laboratories and include other specialty research areas in universities that is different from that old historic model of the federal research laboratory sitting out on its own and not directly organizationally involved in the new private sector research facilities and the university research facilities?
