In this respect, Italy and Greece should, on the date of entry into force of this Decision, each present a roadmap to the Commission which should include adequate measures in the area of asylum, first reception and return, enhancing the capacity, quality and efficiency of their systems in these areas, as well as measures to ensure appropriate implementation of this Decision with a view to allowing them to better cope, after the end of the application of this Decision, with a possible increased inflow of migrants on their territories.

Appeals for a sustainable solution to be urgently identified that meets the criteria of EU, namely the implementation of a waste management plan where, according to directive 2008/98/EC, respect for the waste cycle hierarchy constitutes a key basis; requests to be immediately and fully informed about the content of the plan presented by Italy to the Commission including the timetable for its implementation and urges the Italian authorities to fully inform the Italian public about the plan presented;
1. demande la mise en place de toute urgence d'une solution pérenne respectant les critères européens, avec en particulier la mise en œuvre d'un plan de gestion des déchets dont l'un des éléments cardinaux sera le respect de la hiérarchie du cycle des déchets, comme le veut la directive 2008/98/CE; demande à être informé pleinement et immédiatement du contenu du plan présenté par l'Italie à la Commission, notamment en ce qui concerne le calendrier de la mise en œuvre, et demande instamment aux autorités italiennes d'en informer également la population italienne;
