No one has sought to prejudge what the Hungarian constitution will be or how it will be applied in practice and it will, of course, be subject to the checks and balances provided by the constitutional system, the constitutional balance of the Hungarian constitution itself and the fact that Hungary is subject to supranational bodies such as the Council of Europe and the European Union, which know about fundamental rights.
Personne n’a voulu préjuger de ce que sera la Constitution hongroise, ou de la façon dont elle sera appliquée dans la pratique. Cette Constitution fera évidemment l’objet des contrôles prévus par le système constitutionnel de l’équilibre constitutionnel de la Constitution hongroise elle-même et devra tenir compte du fait que la Hongrie est soumise à des organes supranationaux tels que le Conseil de l’Europe et l’Union européenne, qui s’y connaissent en droits fondamentaux.
