Quant aux autres dossiers, je remarquerai que mon groupe considère de manière positive la conclusion d’un accord sur un programme pluriannuel de 450 millions d'euros destiné à l’initiative pour de l'emploi. Il est également positif que les crédits des initiatives communautaires non utilisés, d’un montant de 1600 millions d'euros, puissent être inscrits au budget dans les années futures, comme le prévoit cet accord. Monsieur le Président, un nombre considérable de fonctions du Parlement n'ont pas été pourvues pendant toute cette année.
