It is envisaged that funding will be used to contract a project management consultant who will be responsible for assisting the Preparatory Commission in the implementation of this Decision; for the reporting obligations during the entire implementation period, including the final narrative report and the final financial report; for maintaining an archive of all documents related to this Decision, especially in view of possible verification missions; for ensuring the Union visibility in all its aspects; for ensuring that all activities involving finance, legal and procurement are in compliance with the Financial and Administrative Framework Agreement (FAFA) and for ensuring that all information, including budgetary information, is complete, accurate and provided in a timely manner.

(36) In case the Commission identifies substantial deviations or delays in the implementation of the technical recommendations from the peer review process, the Commission should invite the competent regulatory authorities of Member States not concerned to organise and carry out a verification mission with the aim of getting a full picture of the situation and informing the Member State concerned about possible measures to remedy any identified shortcomings.
(36) Dans le cas où la Commission constate des écarts ou des retards notables dans la mise en œuvre des recommandations techniques formulées par les pairs évaluateurs, la Commission devrait inviter les autorités de réglementation compétente des États membres non concernés à organiser une mission de vérification afin d'obtenir une vision complète de la situation et d'informer le cas échéant l'État membre concerné des mesures envisageables pour remédier aux anomalies constatées.
