Taking in consideration that, in the event of a negative Commission decision imposing the recovery of incompatible aid to ENVC in the context of Articles 107 and 108 TFEU, most part of ENVC assets will be sold and the process of ENVC winding up will be practically concluded, the Portuguese State kindly requests the Commission to confirm that under the conditions described above the sale of the said assets does not constitute aid to the purchasers.
Sachant qu'en cas de décision négative de la Commission imposant le recouvrement de l'aide incompatible octroyée à ENVC conformément aux articles 107 et 108 TFUE, la plupart des actifs d'ENVC seront vendus et le processus de liquidation d'ENVC sera quasiment conclu, l'État portugais demande respectueusement à la Commission de confirmer que dans les conditions décrites ci-dessus, la vente desdits actifs ne constitue pas une aide octroyée aux acheteurs.

I ask you, Mr President, once again to call on the Commission and the governments of the two Member States to provide the necessary checks and controls to guarantee equal rights and compliance with legislation, particularly the directives on worker information and registration, and to fight any kind of discrimination, such as that which continues to occur against Portuguese workers in several European Union Member States.
Je vous demande une fois de plus, Monsieur le Président, d’inciter la Commission et les gouvernements de ces deux États membres à mener les enquêtes et les contrôles nécessaires pour garantir des droits égaux et le respect de la législation, notamment des directives sur l’information et la déclaration des travailleurs et à combattre toute sorte de discrimination, telle que celle dont continuent d’être victimes les travailleurs portugais dans plusieurs États membres de l’Union européenne.
