In this Order, “specified fabrics” means 4-thread twill fabrics, 109.2 cm (43 in.) width, containing 60% or more by weight of polyester staple fibres, 30% or more by weight of cotton and 5% or more by weight of elastomeric monofilaments, having in the warp 423 yarns or more but not exceeding 433 yarns per 10 cm (172 decitex per single yarn) and in the weft 252 yarns or more but not exceeding 262 yarns per 10 cm (316 decitex per single yarn), weighing less than 300 g/m , of subheading No. 5514. 22.
