The Polish journalist and writer Adam MICHNIK, editor of Warsaw's largest newspaper, "Gazeta Wyborcza", and the French photographer and journalist Carl CORDONNIER, creator of the "Dailylife" agency that concentrates its efforts on daily live, have received today the 1995 European Journalism Prize from Commissioner Marcelino OREJA, responsible for cultural matters.
