In the case of EKO Stahl GmbH it was the first report after the authorization of aid in connection with the privatization of 60% of the company to the Belgian Cockerill Sambre S.A. which overruled the previous decision to authorize the aid connected to the restructuring plan under participation of the Italian Riva group, which withdrew from the contracts in May 1994.
