We have benchmarks established for the various categories that we invest in, and that applies to the managers, including the president of the pension fund. A large part of their compensation is based on performance against those benchmarks, and the time frame for most of them is split between short-term performance, which would be the one-year performance of the fund, and four years, which seems to be a standard adopted in the pension industry.
