4. signale que, en dépit des changements intervenus récemment, le verrouillage, à des niveaux très bas, de la parité entre le renminbi et le dollar constitue l'un des principaux problèmes dans les relations entre la Chine et ses partenaires internationaux, qui a des effets inévitables sur les activités commerciales et économiques de l'UE; estime que l'UE doit participer activement, par l'intermédiaire de la Banque centrale européenne (BCE), au dialogue visant à réévaluer le renminbi, en soutenant la libération progressive des changes, qui rétablira l'équilibre monétaire et réduira au minimum l'instabilité de l'économie chinoise;
