If I understood correctly, what the hon. member is trying to get at is that he has now recognized that the passage by rather surreptitious means yesterday afternoon of a report does not change the standing orders the way he initially thought it did and now he is asking the Speaker to change them unilaterally.
Si j'ai bien compris ce qui se passe, le député se rend compte que l'adoption plutôt furtive hier après-midi d'un rapport ne change aucunement le Règlement comme il le croyait et il aimerait maintenant que la présidence fasse unilatéralement ces changements.
