said ...[+++] the change of name would end the confusion with the Musée de la civilisation in the city of Québec.22 In his testimony to the Standing Committee on Canadian Heritage, Mr. McAvity did not agree with those who contend that the bill places limits on the new museum, saying that the capacity and powers provided for in the bill are adequate and include a provision for an international role.23
