Three multilateral meetings with the other committees before the parliamentary summer recess might allow to fulfil one important provision of the IIA on budgetary discipline and sound financial management, i.e. to present the Commission with a short list of Pilot Projects and Preparatory Actions before the autumn so that there is sufficient time at hand for the Commission to give its feedback to Parliament's wishes.
