However, there was only limited progress regarding the work of parliament, elections, the judiciary, anti-corruption policy, property rights and improving the living conditions of the Roma community.
Par contre, ses progrès ont été limités en ce qui concerne les travaux du Parlement, les élections, le système judiciaire, la politique de lutte contre la corruption, les droits de propriété et l'amélioration des conditions de vie de la communauté rom.

On 4th July 2012, the European Parliament rejected the draft Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA) which aimed at improving global standards for the enforcement of intellectual property rights to more effectively combat trade in counterfeit and pirated goods.
Le 4 juillet 2012, le Parlement européen a refusé d’approuver le projet d’accord commercial anti-contrefaçon (ACAC) qui visait à améliorer les normes mondiales destinées à faire respecter les droits de propriété intellectuelle pour lutter plus efficacement contre le commerce des marchandises contrefaites et des marchandises pirates.

Welcomes the Verkhovna Rada’s decision to repeal the anti-protest laws, and its signature by President Yanukovych, as a positive step towards the political resolution of the crisis; regrets, however, that the amnesty law turning victims into hostages was approved on 29 January 2014 without the consent of the opposition; takes the view that an unconditional release of protesters would greatly facilitate the talks and appease society;
