By way of derogation to the foregoing paragraph, the General Meeting may, on proposal from the Board of Directors and in connection with any task entrusted to the Fund by third parties in accordance with Article 28 of these Statutes, decide that the Fund may conduct activities in connection with such entrusted task outside the territories set out in paragraph 1 of this Article.
