Test Method: Following are the test steps for measuring the true power requirements of the test unit in On Mode/Active Power, Sleep Mode/Low Power, and Off Mode/Standby Power. Manufacturers are required to test their computer monitors using the analogue interface, except in those cases where one is not provided (i.e., digital interface monitors, which are defined as only having a digital interface for purposes of this test method).
