Following the discussion on preparations against a possible flu pandemic at the health informal in October, will the Council now discuss with the Commission the need to establish a central stock of vaccines and anti-viral drugs which can be directed to the point of outbreak in any Member State or neighbouring state which does not have the capacity to provide its own?
À la suite des discussions qui ont eu lieu lors du Sommet informel d’octobre au sujet des préparatifs dans la perspective d’une éventuelle pandémie de grippe, le Conseil pourrait-il à présent discuter avec la Commission de la nécessité de constituer un stock central de vaccins et de médicaments antiviraux, qui pourraient être acheminés vers le foyer de la maladie dans tout État membre ou État voisin qui n’aurait pas la capacité de constituer ses propres stocks?
