The Council heard a report on the Commission's orientations on reconstruction in Kosovo, as well as on the creation of an agency to be charged with the implementation of Community reconstruction programmes and welcomed its intention to commence speedily the reconstruction process in Kosovo within the overall UNMIK effort in close cooperation with the International Financial Institutions.
Le Conseil a entendu un rapport sur les orientations de la Commission en ce qui concerne la reconstruction du Kosovo, ainsi que sur la création d'une agence qui sera chargée de la mise en œuvre des programmes de reconstruction de la Communauté, et il s'est félicité que la Commission ait l'intention d'engager sans délai le processus de reconstruction au Kosovo dans le cadre de l'action globale de la MINUK, en étroite coopération avec les institutions financières internationales.
