My question to all of this would be as follows: If the Canadian banks are now going to be able to have access to these pools of funds that currently are strictly in the commercial area, outside of financial institutions, will that not remove funding from Canadian businesses, large corporations, to the benefit of our Canadian banks that have ample other tools to acquire liquidity?
Ma question concernant tout cela serait la suivante : le fait que les banques canadiennes pourront désormais avoir accès à ces fonds qui sont à l'heure actuelle strictement réservés au secteur commercial, à l'extérieur des institutions financières, ne fera-t-il pas en sorte d'enlever des fonds aux entreprises canadiennes, aux grandes sociétés, au bénéfice de nos banques canadiennes, qui ont bien d'autres moyens d'obtenir des liquidités?
