Definition: This block contains a wide variety of disorders that differ in severity and clinical form but that are all attributable to the use of one or more psychoactive substances, which may or may not have been medically prescribed. The third character of the code identifies the substance involved, and the fourth character specifies the clinical state. The codes should be used, as required, for each substance specified, but it should be noted that not all fourth character codes are applicable to all substances. Identification of the psychoactive substance should be based on as many sources of information as possible. The disorders in this section can thus be regarded as maladaptive responses to severe or continued stress, in that they interfere with successful coping mechanisms and therefore lead to problems of social functioning.

With regard to collective portfolio management (management of unit trusts/common funds or investment companies), the authorisation granted to a management company in its home Member State should permit the company to pursue in host Member States the following activities, without prejudice to Chapter XI: to distribute, through the establishment of a branch, the units of the harmonised unit trusts/common funds managed by that company in its home Member State; to distribute, through the establishment of a branch, the shares of the harmonised investment companies, managed by that company; to distribute the units of the harmonised unit trusts/common funds or shares of the harmonised investment companies managed by other management companies; to perform all the other functions and tasks included in the activity of collective portfolio management; to manage the assets of investment companies incorporated in Member States other than its home Member State; to perform, on the basis of mandates, on behalf of management companies incorporated in Member States other than its home Member State, the functions included in the activity of collective portfolio management.
En ce qui concerne la gestion collective de portefeuille (gestion de trusts/fonds communs de placement ou de sociétés d’investissement), l’agrément délivré à une société de gestion dans son État membre d’origine devrait lui permettre d’exercer, dans les États membres d’accueil, les activités suivantes sans préjudice du chapitre XI: distribution, à travers l’établissement d’une succursale, des parts des trusts/fonds communs de placement harmonisés gérés par ladite société dans l’État membre d’origine; distribution, à travers la création d’une succursale, des actions des sociétés d’investissement harmonisées, dont ladite société assure la gestion; distribution des parts des trusts/fonds communs de placement harmonisés ou des actions des sociétés d’investissement harmonisées gérés par d’autres sociétés de gestion; exécution de toutes les autres fonctions et tâches incluses dans l’activité de gestion collective de portefeuille; gestion des actifs de sociétés d’investissement constituées dans des États membres autres que l’État membre d’origine; exécution, sur la base de mandats et pour le compte de sociétés de gestion constituées dans des États membres autres que l’État membre d’origine, des fonctions incluses dans l’activité de gestion collective de portefeuille.

3. When a UCITS invests in the units of other UCITS and/or other collective investment undertakings that are managed, directly or by delegation, by the same management company or by any other company with which the management company is linked by common management or control, or by a substantial direct or indirect holding, that management company or other company may not charge subscription or redemption fees on account of the UCITS's investment in the units of such other UCITS and/or collective investment undertakings.
3. Lorsqu'un OPCVM investit dans les parts d'autres OPCVM et/ou d'autres organismes de placement collectif qui sont gérés, de façon directe ou par délégation, par la même société de gestion ou par toute autre société à laquelle la société de gestion est liée dans le cadre d'une communauté de gestion ou de contrôle ou par une importante participation directe ou indirecte, ladite société de gestion ou l'autre société ne peut facturer de droits de souscription ou de remboursement pour l'investissement de l'OPCVM dans les parts de ces autres OPCVM et/ou d'organismes de placement collectif.
