Definition: This block contains a wide variety of disorders that differ in severity and clinical form but that are all attributable to the use of one or more psychoactive substances, which may or may not have been medically prescribed. The third character of the code identifies the substance involved, and the fourth character specifies the clinical state. The codes should be used, as required, for each substance specified, but it should be noted that not all fourth character codes are applicable to all substances. Identification of the psychoactive substance should be based on as many sources of information as possible. In order to take account of any future need to have specific production rules for products other than those referred to in Articles 10 to 15, and in order to ensure quality, traceability and compliance with this Regulation as regards organic production of those additional other products and adaptation to technical developments, the Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 36 amending or supplementing Annex II with regard to specific production rules for those products.

1.3.1. Question n 184 Mme Chris Charlton: En ce qui concerne le nouveau mécanisme de surveillance de la GRC dont il est question dans le Budget de 2010: a) quel sera le mandat du nouvel organisme; b) quelle en sera la structure; c) comment les huit millions de dollars consentis au nouvel organisme seront-ils dépensés au cours des deux prochaines années, par année et catégorie de dépenses; d) le nouvel organisme pourra-t-il exiger la présentation de documents et assigner des témoins à comparaître; e) pourra-t-il faire enquête sur d’autres services de police; f) pourra-t-il partager de l’information avec d’autres organismes de surveillance et, dans ce cas, lesquels; g) le nouvel organisme pourra-t-il entreprendre de sa propre initiative des enquêtes sur tout aspect des activités de la GRC; h) pourra-t-il surveiller les activités de renseignement de la GRC; i) quelles consultations y a-t-il eu à l’interne et à l’externe sur la structure et les pouvoirs du nouvel organisme; j) quelle sera la nature des rapports entre ce dernier et l’actuelle Commission des plaintes du public contre la GRC?

Question No. 64 Mr. John Cummins: With regard to the fishing organizations or groups of fishing licence holders who, excluding fees for commercial fishing licenses as set under the regulation, provide monies, fish quotas or allocations to fund Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) activities on an annual basis for the years 2005, 2006 and 2007: (a) in each year, what fishing organizations or groups of license holders have paid for science, DFO administration, enforcement or other departmental activities by an allocation of quota from their fishery; (b) in each year, what fishing organizations or groups of license holders paid for science, DFO administration, enforcement or other departmental activities by way of a cash contribution to the department or its contractor; (c) in each year, what is the total value by fishing organization or groups of license holders of the cash contributions or quota allocations aforementioned; (d) what science, administration, enforcement or other departmental activities carried out in 2005 and 2006 and not paid directly from the department’s ‘A’ base budget will be undertaken and paid for by an allocation from the department’s ‘A’ base budget for 2007; (e) how much did each fishing organization or groups of license holders pay DFO, by way of an allocation of quota or cash contribution, for activities such as science, administration, enforcement or other departmental activities for 2005 and 2006; (f) which fishing organizations or groups of license holders has the department agreed to reimburse wholly or in part for their cash contribution or quota allocations to cover the department’s science administration, enforcement costs or other activities from previous years, indicate how much or what portion of what was collected by year will be returned to the fishing organization or groups of licence holders; (g) did the department indicate that it would need to curtail fishing opportunities unless fishermen agreed to contribute mone ...
