Definition: This block contains a wide variety of disorders that differ in severity and clinical form but that are all attributable to the use of one or more psychoactive substances, which may or may not have been medically prescribed. The third character of the code identifies the substance involved, and the fourth character specifies the clinical state. Definition: Considerable cultural variations occur in the presentation of this disorder, and two main types occur, with substantial overlap. In order to alleviate those problems and to speed up the implementation of operational programmes and projects, as well as to strengthen the economic recovery, it is necessary that the Member States, which have experienced or have been threatened with serious difficulties with respect to their financial stability and which have been granted financial assistance under one of the financial assistance mechanisms set out in Article 77(2) of Council Regulation (EC) No 1083/2006 of 11 July 2006 laying down general provisions on the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund and the Cohesion Fund as amended by Regulation (EU) No 1311/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council , may contribute financial resources from operational programmes to the establishment of risk-sharing instruments providing loans or guarantees or other financial facilities, in support of projects and operations provided for under an operational programme.

a) les pertes réelles, s'il y a lieu, essuyées par la compagnie de chemin de fer du fait de l'exploitation de la ligne principale ou du tronçon; b) les moyens de transports de remplacement disponibles ou qui pourraient devenir disponibles dans la région desservie par la ligne principale ou le tronçon, notamment ceux que le demandeur propose de fournir et la capacité de ces moyens de transport de répondre aux besoins des expéditeurs de cette région; c) la mesure dans laquelle le demandeur est disposé à fournir et favoriser des moyens de transport de remplacement de la ligne principale ou du tronçon; d) s'il serait plus économique d'avoir recours à des moyens de transport de remplacement dans la région desservie par la ligne principale ou le tronçon; e) le délai raisonnable nécessaire pour arriver à l'ajustement des équipements qui dépendent en tout ou en partie des services rendus par la ligne principale ou le tronçon avec le minimum de perturbation possible de l'économie de la région desservie; f) l'effet probable sur les autres lignes et les autres transporteurs et le système de transports en général de l'abandon de l'exploitation, à des moments différents, de la ligne principale ou du tronçon; g) les conséquences économiques de l'abandon de l'exploitation de la ligne principale ou du tronçon sur les agglomérations et la région desservie par les lignes secondaires; h) la faisabilité de maintenir l'exploitation de la ligne principale ou du tronçon en changeant la méthode d'exploitation par le recours à l'interconnexion avec d'autres lignes de la compagnie; i) la faisabilité de maintenir l'exploitation de la ligne principale ou du tronçon, soit en conjonction avec une autre compagnie ou par rattachement à son réseau, par vente ou location de la ligne ou du tronçon à une autre compagnies, par l'échange de droits d'exploitation ou de circulation entre des compagnie ou par d'autres moyens, notamment, au besoin, la construction de lignes de raccordement avec les ...

Where only one or a limited number of all operators competing in a certain market are charged with public service obligations while the others are not, it may be appropriate to involve all operators active in that market in the financing of the net extra costs of the service of general interest by a system of additional charges or a public service fund.

``13.1 (1) No transaction that is made by the Minister or CN at any time before the first day that more than fifty percent of the shares in CN are owned by parties other than Her Majesty in right of Canada (a) that would transfer to Her Majesty in right of Canada any part, subsidiary, operation or property of CN with a value exceeding one million dollars, or (b) that would transfer to a party other than Her Majesty in right of Canada any part, subsidiary, operation or property of CN with a value exceeding ten million dollars, shall be entered into unless (c) the Minister has referred the matter to the Auditor General of Canada, and (d) the Auditor General has reviewed the transaction and prepared and caused to be laid before the House of Commons, a report stating that, in the opinion of the Auditor General, the transaction is in the interest of CN and of Canada (2) The Auditor General shall cause the report to be laid before the House of Commons within fifteen days after the date of referral by the Minister'.
