Definition: This block contains a wide variety of disorders that differ in severity and clinical form but that are all attributable to the use of one or more psychoactive substances, which may or may not have been medically prescribed. The third character of the code identifies the substance involved, and the fourth character specifies the clinical state. The codes should be used, as required, for each substance specified, but it should be noted that not all fourth character codes are applicable to all substances. Identification of the psychoactive substance should be based on as many sources of information as possible. IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

Based on this process, and the application of these criteria, and a confirmation of the readiness of the potential partnerships in areas such as energy, "smart cities", a sustainable supply of raw materials, water efficiency, smart mobility and agricultural productivity and sustainability, the Commission will present the proposals for partnerships which have met the criteria to the other institutions, during 2011, from February onwards, as part of the roll-out of the Europe 2020 Strategy, in line with the goal of developing a low carbon, energy efficient economy with a strong industrial basis.
