Urges all Member States to collaborate fully in international criminal justice mechanisms, and especially in bringing fugitives to justice; in this regard, notes with satisfaction the cooperation of the Democratic Republic of the Congo in the transfer of Germain Katanga to the ICC, the cooperation of Serbia in the arrest and transfer of Zdravko Tolimir to the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) and the cooperation of Serbia and Montenegro in the arrest and transfer of Vlastimir Đjorđjević to the ICTY; however, notes with concern the persistent failure of Sudan to cooperate with the ICC by arresting and transferring Ahmad Muhammad Harun and Ali Muhammad Ali Abd-Al-Rahman; notes with concern that the ICC warrants for the arrest of four members of the Lord's Resistance Army in Uganda have not yet been executed; also notes with concern that Radovan Karadžić and Ratko Mladić remain at large and have not been brought before the ICTY; in this regard, calls on the Serbian authorities to ensure full cooperation with the ICTY, which should lead to the arrest and transfer of all remaining indictees, in order to open the way to the ratification of a Stabilisation and Association Agreement; considers further that the current proceedings brought against Liberia's former President, Charles Taylor, by the Special Court for Sierra Leone in The Hague constitute a significant development towards the ending of impunity;

11. Calls on all parties involved, in particular the governments of Montenegro and the Republika Srpska, to fully cooperate with Belgrade as well as with NATO and EUFOR in Bosnia-Herzegovina in order to locate and bring to justice Radovan Karadzic and Ratko Mladic; therefore calls on the Serbian government to continue and strengthen its cooperation with the ICTY in an efficient way and further improve its national law enforcement;
11. invite toutes les parties concernées, en particulier les gouvernements du Monténégro et de la Republika Srpska, à coopérer pleinement avec Belgrade ainsi qu'avec l'Otan et l'Eufor en Bosnie‑Herzégovine pour localiser et amener devant les juges Radovan Karadzic et Ratko Mladic; invite dès lors le gouvernement serbe à poursuivre et à renforcer sa coopération avec le TPIY d'une manière efficace et à poursuivre dans les efforts qu'il déploie pour assurer la mise en œuvre de la loi nationale;

8. Calls on the authorities in Podgorica and Banja Luka to cooperate more closely with Belgrade as well as with NATO and EUFOR in Bosnia-Herzegovina in order to locate and bring to justice Radovan Karadzic; therefore calls on the Serbian government to collaborate in an efficient way with the ICTY and further improve its national law enforcement;
8. invite les autorités de Podgorica et de Banja Luka à coopérer plus étroitement avec Belgrade ainsi qu'avec l'OTAN et l'EUFOR en Bosnie-Herzégovine afin de localiser et de traduire en justice Radovan Karadzic; demande dès lors au gouvernement serbe de collaborer de manière efficace avec le TPIY et d'améliorer encore l'application de la loi nationale;

9. Welcomes the arrest earlier in 2007 on the territory of Montenegro of fugitive war crimes indictee Vlastimir Đorđević and calls on the Montenegrin authorities further to cooperate with Serbia and other neighbouring countries in locating and arresting the remaining war crimes suspects, in particular Ratko Mladić and Radovan Karadžić;
9. se félicite de l'arrestation, en 2007, de Vlastimir Đorđević, soupçonné de crimes de guerre et appréhendé sur le territoire du Monténégro et demande aux autorités monténégrines de continuer à coopérer avec la Serbie et les autres pays voisins afin de localiser et d'arrêter les autres suspects de crimes de guerre, et notamment Ratko Mladić et Radovan Karadžić;
