It will, without a doubt, be of interest to the Kosovars, the Yugoslavs and the entire international community, which is seeking a solution to this armed conflict, a conflict which has already left so many Kosovars dead or in exile.

What I will guarantee is that the people of Quebec and Canada will understand that there is a royal commission report.
