As for Bill C-5, if there are several colleagues who want to take part in the debate and if we want to improve management of the debate, as you said, we could suggest to the leaders of each party that an open night sitting be held beginning at 8 o'clock p.m., which would allow all the members who want to speak to do so during the evening or the night, until 4 in the morning.
