Since, in the context of the Erasmus programme, there are more foreign students studying in the Netherlands than Netherlands students, who have opted to pursue their complete course of study abroad, and since, instead of a student public transport pass, a monthly ‘portable funding for studies’ of EUR 89,13 (2013 rate) is granted to the latter group of students, it is only ultimately foreign students in Netherlands who receive no form of financial benefit or no advantage in the form of the student public transport pass.
Dès lors que, dans le cadre du programme Erasmus, parmi les étudiants qui viennent étudier aux Pays-Bas, il y a plus d’étudiants étrangers que d’étudiants néerlandais qui ont choisi de suivre leur cycle complet d’études à l’étranger et que ce dernier groupe d’étudiants se voit octroyer en lieu et place du «titre TP pour étudiants» un «financement portable des études» mensuel de 89,13 EUR (taux applicable en 2013), les étudiants étrangers ne recevront, en définitive, aux Pays-Bas, pas la moindre forme de prestation ou d’avantage sous la forme du «titre TP pour étudiants».
