C. whereas the prospect of EU membership has been offered to Bosnia and Herzegovina as a single country; whereas the Commission should make the integration of BiH into the EU an absolute priority and invest in it with the same energy and perseverance as in the ongoing dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina;
