Definition: This block contains a wide variety of disorders that differ in severity and clinical form but that are all attributable to the use of one or more psychoactive substances, which may or may not have been medically prescribed. The third character of the code identifies the substance involved, and the fourth character specifies the clinical state. The codes should be used, as required, for each substance specified, but it should be noted that not all fourth character codes are applicable to all substances. Identification of the psychoactive substance should be based on as many sources of information as possible. h) «sous-installation avec émissions de procédé»: les émissions des gaz à effet de serre énumérés à l’annexe I de la directive 2003/87/CE, autres que le dioxyde de carbone, qui sont produites hors des limites du système d’un référentiel de produit figurant à l’annexe I, ou les émissions de dioxyde de carbone qui sont produites hors des limites du système d’un référentiel de produit figurant à l’annexe I, du fait de l’une quelconque des activités suivantes, et les émissions liées à la combustion de carbone incomplètement oxydé résultant des activités suivantes aux fins de la production de chaleur mesurable, de chaleur non mesurable ou d’électricité, pour autant que soient déduites les émissions qu’aurait dégagées la combustion d’une quantité de gaz naturel équivalente au contenu énergétique techniquement utilisable du carbone incomplètement oxydé qui fait l’objet d’une combustion:

(h)‘process emissions sub-installation’ means greenhouse gas emissions listed in Annex I to Directive 2003/87/EC other than carbon dioxide, which occur outside the system boundaries of a product benchmark listed in Annex I, or carbon dioxide emissions, which occur outside the system boundaries of a product benchmark listed in Annex I, as a result of any of the following activities and emissions stemming from the combustion of incompletely oxidised carbon produced as a result of the following activities for the purpose of the production of measurable heat, non-measurable heat or electricity provided that emissions that would have occurred from the combustion of an amount of natural gas, equivalent to the technically usable energy content of the combusted incompletely oxidised carbon, are subtracted:

in the case of death occurring during carriage, from the date when the passenger should have disembarked, and in the case of personal injury occurring during carriage and resulting in the death of the passenger after disembarkation, from the date of death, provided that this period shall not exceed three years from the date of disembarkation.

where a time-limit expressed in days, weeks, months or years is to be calculated from the moment at which an event occurs or an action takes place, the day during which that event occurs or that action takes place shall not be counted as falling within the time-limit in question.
