The European Commission has cleared a proposed joint venture between Norvegian company Norsk Hydro and Belgian company NutriSI, itself a joint venture between Sociedad Quimica y Minera de Chile SA (SQM) and Israeli company Rotem Amfert Negev Ltd. The operation does not give rise to any competition concerns, as a number of strong competitors will remain active in the same fertilisers markets as the joint venture.

L'opération ne soulève pas de problèmes de concurrence, car plusieurs concurrents puissants resteront actifs sur les mêmes marchés d'engrais que l'entreprise commune.
