For the purpose of this specification, ‘enterprise channels’ are defined as sales channels normally used by large and medium-sized business, government organisations, and educational institutions, with the intent of identifying machines that will be used in managed client/server environments.

(2) The second strand of policy followed by Member States refers to the possibility to combine the receipt of the benefit entitlement with earnings from work (labour supply channel) by allowing the following: (i) combination of part-time or full-time job with partial unemployment benefit or unemployment assistance (Spain, Ireland, Portugal) or with a wide range of other social benefit schemes such as normal and specific unemployment benefits, RMI, lone-parent allowance, ASS and disabled adult allowance (France); and (ii) incentives to start-up business or to encourage self-employment by allowing to receive the unemployment benefit in a lump sum payment (Spain).
(2) Le deuxième axe d'action suivi par les États membres renvoie à la possibilité de combiner le bénéfice d'une prestation avec les revenus d'un travail (canal de l'offre de main-d'oeuvre) en autorisant les solutions suivantes: i) combinaison d'un emploi à temps partiel ou à temps complet avec une allocation de chômage ou une assistance chômage partielle (Espagne, Irlande, Portugal) ou avec un large éventail d'autres prestations sociales telles que les allocations de chômage normales et spéciales, le RMI, l'allocation pour parent isolé, l'ASS et l'allocation pour adultes handicapés (France); et ii) des incitations à la création d'entreprises ou au travail non salarié en permettant de percevoir l'allocation de chômage sous la forme d'une somme forfaitaire (Espagne).
