In anticipation of the goodwill that Senator Kinsella offered from the other side earlier this afternoon, and in the absence so far of a non-debatable method by which this house can count on rising every Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. or 3:15 p.m., I am placing this motion today.
Compte tenu de la collaboration de l'autre côté que le sénateur Kinsella nous a offerte plus tôt, cet après-midi, et faute jusqu'à maintenant d'une méthode non discutable permettant au Sénat de prévoir ajourner ses travaux tous les mercredis à 15 heures ou à 15 h 15, je propose aujourd'hui cette motion.
