Unlike the NDP proposal whereby an oath is enough, should we not at least require a piece of photo ID, if possible, in order to ensure the integrity of our system?
Contrairement au NPD qui ne propose qu'un seul serment, dans le but de garantir l'intégrité de notre système, ne faudrait-il pas au moins exiger une pièce d'identité avec photo, si possible?
