What I also find hard to understand is that a member of the NDP would stand in the House, when the government is refusing to commit to the Kelowna accord, and not endorse the position taken by the NDP premier of Saskatchewan and the NDP premier of Manitoba when they say this accord should go forward.
Ce que je trouve aussi difficile à comprendre, c'est qu'un député du NPD prenne la parole à la Chambre et, sachant que le gouvernement refuse de s'engager à respecter l'accord de Kelowna, ne dise rien pour soutenir la position adoptée par les premiers ministres néo-démocrates de la Saskatchewan et du Manitoba, qui ont dit que cet accord devrait être respecté.
