As we look at one navy, what I really mean by that is moving away from a navy in Halifax, a navy in Victoria, a navy in Ottawa, a navy in Quebec City, and moving to one holistic navy, regular and reserve, where all are fused on a commander's intent, who are all driving towards the same place, much more aligned and therefore more efficient.
En parlant d'une marine unique, je veux m'écarter de l'idée d'une marine à Halifax, d'une marine à Victoria, d'une marine à Ottawa et d'une marine à Québec pour passer au concept d'une marine holistique, incluant les membres de la force régulière et de la réserve sous un même commandement et tendant tous vers le même objectif d'alignement et d'efficacité.
