whereupon the Member presiding shall announce the names of the candidates, which shall be the only names thereafter accepted, in alphabetical order, provided that prior to the taking of the second ballot, he or she shall ask that any Member, whose name has been so announced and who does not wish to be further considered for election to the Office of Speaker, state his or her reason therefor.
le président d’élection annonce ensuite, par ordre alphabétique, les noms des candidats qui sont alors les seuls noms acceptés par la suite. Avant de procéder au deuxième tour de scrutin, il demande cependant à tout député dont le nom a été ainsi annoncé et qui veut retirer sa candidature à la Présidence, de préciser les motifs de son retrait.
