Pursuant to the first subparagraph of Article 6(2) of Regulation (EC) No 510/2006 and in accordance with Article 17(2) thereof, Spain’s application to register the name ‘San Simón da Costa’, France’s application to register the name ‘Ail blanc de Lomagne’ and Austria’s application to register the name ‘Steirischer Kren’ were published in the Official Journal of the European Union (2).
Conformément à l’article 6, paragraphe 2, premier alinéa, et en application de l’article 17, paragraphe 2, du règlement (CE) no 510/2006, la demande d’enregistrement de la dénomination «San Simón da Costa» déposée par l’Espagne, la demande d’enregistrement de la dénomination «Ail blanc de Lomagne» déposée par la France et la demande d’enregistrement de la dénomination «Steirischer Kren» déposée par l’Autriche ont été publiées au Journal officiel de l’Union européenne (2).
