– (DE) Mr President, the speeches by Mrs Roithová, Mr Březina and Mr Mészáros really convinced me, since they described how there was similarly indiscriminate exploitation in the country in which they lived previously, namely Communist Czechoslovakia, how there has been a change in attitude and how today, they are the ones who are advocating environmental protection and common European standards.
- (DE) Monsieur le Président, les interventions de M Roithová et de MM. Březina et Mészáros m’ont réellement convaincu, puisqu’ils ont décrit comment il y avait une exploitation tout aussi systématique dans le pays où ils vivaient auparavant, à savoir en Tchécoslovaquie communiste, comment les attitudes ont changé et comment ils sont aujourd’hui ceux qui plaident en faveur de la protection de l’environnement et de normes européennes communes.
