– (FR) On the basis of the report by my excellent friend and fellow Member Ingeborg Grassle, I voted for the legislative resolution approving, subject to amendment, the proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Regulation (EC) No 1073/1999 concerning investigations conducted by the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF).

– (FR) I voted in favour of the report by my esteemed German colleague and friend Ingeborg Grässle, which is part of the consultation procedure on the draft Commission regulation (EC) amending Regulation (EC) No 1653/2004 on a standard financial regulation for the executive agencies pursuant to Council Regulation (EC) No 58/2003 laying down the statute for executive agencies to be entrusted with certain tasks in the management of Community programmes.
– (FR) J’ai voté en faveur du rapport de mon excellente collègue et amie allemande Ingeborg Grässle rédigé dans le cadre de la procédure de consultation relative au projet de règlement (CE) de la Commission modifiant le règlement (CE) n° 1653/2004 portant règlement financier type des agences exécutives en application du règlement (CE) n° 58/2003 du Conseil portant statut des agences exécutives chargées de certaines tâches relatives à la gestion de programmes communautaires.

I – being a mere acting member on the Committee on Budgetary Control – should also like to extend warm thanks to my group colleagues Mr Busuttil, Mr Stubb and Mrs Grässle, for the excellent working relationship we enjoyed with Mr Ferber, not least in the preparatory meetings of the working party of the Group of the European People’s Party (Christian Democrats) and European Democrats.
