18. EBA shall develop draft regulatory technical standards to specify, for the purposes of this Article, the methodology in accordance with which the competent authority or the designated authority shall identify an EU parent institution or EU parent financial holding company or EU parent mixed financial holding company as a G-SII and to specify the methodology for the definition of the sub-categories and the allocation of G-SIIs in sub-categories based on their systemic significance, taking into account any internationally agreed standards.
18. L'ABE élabore des projets de normes techniques de réglementation précisant, aux fins du présent article, la méthodologie selon laquelle l'autorité compétente ou l'autorité désignée recense un établissement mère dans l'Union, une compagnie financière holding mère dans l'Union, une compagnie financière holding mixte mère dans l'Union comme un EISm ainsi que la méthodologie applicable à la définition des sous-catégories et à l'affectation des EISm dans les différentes sous-catégories en fonction de leur importance systémique, en tenant compte des normes convenues au niveau international.
