Following an understanding reached at the Conciliation Committee on 9 March 2000, an agreement on a common draft directive on late payments was confirmed yesterday by Mr Ingo Friedrich, Vice-President of the European Parliament, and Ms. Margarida Figueiredo, Deputy Permanent Representative at the Permanent Representation of Portugal at the European Union.
Le 9 mars 2000, le comité de conciliation est parvenu à un accord sur un projet commun de directive concernant la lutte contre le retard de paiement, qui a été confirmé hier par M. Ingo Friedrich, vice-président du Parlement européen, et M Margarida Figueiredo, représentant permanent adjoint du Portugal auprès de l'Union européenne.
