As to Bill C-377, I am not saying that we should accept what Ms. Donnelly said lock, stock and barrel, but I am in favour of finding an acceptable way to calculate its impact.
Pour ce qui est du projet de loi C-377, je ne dis pas qu'on devrait donner le Bon Dieu sans confession à Mme Donnelly, mais je suis d'accord pour dire qu'il faudrait trouver un moyen acceptable d'évaluer ce qu'il implique.
