In a letter to Commissioner Patten of 8 March 200, the Israeli Ambassador to the European Union Mr. Kney-Tal acknowledged that a recent study of the Palestinian school text books [by the Centre for Monitoring the Impact of Peace] had found a number of changes in the new books authorised by the Palestinian Authorities.
