Urges the Iranian authorities to release all political prisoners and prisoners of conscience, including Nasrin Sotoudeh, co-Sakharov Prize winner together with Jafar Panahi, and to allow them to come to the European Parliament in December 2012 to collect their prizes; expresses its concern about the deteriorating health condition of Nasrin Sotoudeh; calls on Iran’s judiciary and prison authorities to end the mistreatment of Nasrin Sotoudeh; expresses its sympathy and full solidarity with the requests of Nasrin Sotoudeh; calls on Iran’s authorities to allow all prisoners access to lawyers of their choice, necessary medical care and family visits, to which they are entitled under international human rights law, and to treat them with dignity and respect;
6. presse les autorités iraniennes de libérer tous les prisonniers politiques et prisonniers de conscience, notamment Nasrin Sotoudeh, co-lauréate du Prix Sakharov avec Jafar Panahi, et de les autoriser à se rendre au Parlement européen en décembre 2012 pour recevoir leur prix; exprime son inquiétude devant la détérioration de l'état de santé de Nasrin Sotoudeh; demande aux autorités judiciaires et pénitentiaires d'Iran de cesser tout mauvais traitement à son égard; exprime sa sympathie et sa plein solidarité au sujet des demandes de Nasrin Sotoudeh; invite les autorités iraniennes à accorder aux prisonniers un accès à l'avocat de leur choix, à des soins médicaux nécessaires et aux visites de leurs proches, auquel ils ont droit selon le droit international dans le domaine des droits de l'homme, et à les traiter avec dignité et respect;

Štefan Füle, Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy, visited Jordan on 1st and 2nd May, where he met with the country's highest authorities, including HM King Abdullah II, Mr. Al Masri, President of the Senate, Mr. Nasser Judeh, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Jafar Hassan, Minister of Planning and International Cooperation and Mr. Khaled Toukan, Minister of Energy and other senior officials.
