The Commission also notes with satisfaction that between 24 June 1988, the date on which a Royal Decree was adopted authorizing the construction of service stations outside the monopolized network, and May 1994, a total of 1 919 new service stations have been added to the 3 718 already existing in Spain in the former monopolized network, continuing the process of opening up the Spanish petroleum market begun in 1986 with membership of the Community.
La Commission constate également avec satisfaction qu'entre le 24 juin 1988, date d'adoption d'un Décret-Royal autorisant la construction de stations-service en dehors du réseau monopolisé, et mai 1994 et dans le contexte du processus d'ouverture du marché pétrolier espagnol initié en 1986 avec l'adhésion à la Communauté, 1919 nouvelles stations-service se sont ajoutées aux 3718 existant déjà en Espagne et qui faisaient partie dans le passé du réseau monopolisé.
