Calls for the Ukrainian authorities to establish an independent and impartial international legal panel to report on possible violations of fundamental rights and freedoms in the cases of Yulia Tymoshenko and other members of her government; notes with satisfaction the outcomes of the meeting of the President of the European Parliament, Mr Martin Schulz, with the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Mr Mykola Azarov, and expects the Ukrainian authorities to respond to the agreed proposal by providing guidelines for its prompt implementation so as to ensure, in cooperation with, and in support of, the Charité medical team, proper medical treatment for Ms Yulia Tymoshenko, as well as judicial scrutiny by an authoritative and competent EU personality of the appeal and cassation processes and future trials of the former Prime Minister of Ukraine;
9. invite les autorités ukrainiennes à instituer une commission juridique internationale indépendante et impartiale qui aurait pour mission de rendre compte des éventuelles violations des droits et des libertés fondamentaux dans les procès contre Ioulia Timochenko et d'autres membres de son gouvernement; note avec satisfaction les résultats des entretiens qu'ont eus son Président, M. Martin Schulz, et M.
